Guess The Car! is provided as a free, browser-based game. You agree to use the site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to interfere with its normal operation, including by attempting to overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

The Carscope name, logo, code, design system and original editorial content are the property of their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Car manufacturer names, model names, logos and images shown in the game are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only for the purpose of identification and editorial commentary. Carscope is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any car manufacturer.

Carscope is provided for entertainment purposes only. Year, model and brand information shown in the game is provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors or simplifications. We make no warranty that gameplay content is accurate, complete or up to date.

If and when leaderboards are offered, rankings are provided for entertainment only. We reserve the right to recompute, reset, remove or invalidate any score or leaderboard entry at any time, for any reason, including suspected cheating.

Automated play, exploiting bugs, manipulating client-side state, or using third-party tools to obtain answers is prohibited. We may detect and act on suspicious behavior, including invalidating scores or blocking access to the site.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carscope shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site.

The site uses third-party services including Google AdSense and analytics tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
